Industrial warehouse scaffolding in Littlehampton

Industrial Warehouse Scaffolding

Industrial warehouse scaffolding refers to large, complex temporary structures erected inside warehouses and distribution centres to provide workers access for construction, maintenance, inspection, and repair work at heights. Given modern industrial warehouses have ceilings exceeding 30 feet on average, scaffolding is an essential facility management tool. The most common configurations utilised in warehouses include rolling platforms, tower systems, suspended scaffolds, and fabricated frame scaffolds. Proper industrial warehouse scaffolding greatly improves employee safety when working at height. Integrated guardrails, toe boards, cross braces, and non-skid decking reduce the risks of falls and dropped objects. The stable, large platforms allow for the use of ladders, tools, and materials without overloading. Warning signs and access controls restrict unauthorised access.Industrial warehouse scaffolding refers to large, complex temporary structures erected inside and outside warehouses and distribution centres to provide workers access for construction, maintenance, inspection, and repair work at heights. Office Scaffolding

Office scaffolding refers to the temporary elevated platforms erected within office buildings to provide safe access for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and renovation activities. As modern offices can contain high ceilings, atriums, lobby skylights, and multi-floor balconies, specialised scaffolding allows workers to reach and perform tasks at height safely. By pre-planning scaffolds based on architectural drawings and onsite evaluations, office needs like sufficient clearance distances, lower fire risks, entry/exit considerations, and required floor pressure ratings can be addressed. With careful onsite assembly and disassembly, business disruptions are minimised while access efficacy is maximised across modern office environments.

Scaffolding in Barnham

West Sussex County Hall

Storm Eunice had severely damaged the flat roof of the hotel. The flat roof felt had been completely ripped from the boards causing interior flooding. Scaffolding was erected to allow for safe access to the roof. We had to section areas off as we worked for the health and safety of the general public.

birdseye scaffolding

Avisford Park Hotel, Walberton

Our customer required scaffolding to be erected to the front elevation of the building so that repairs could be made to the windows and dormers safely. We had to consider continuous pedestrian and vehicle traffic. As well as this we had to section off areas with herris fencing. Our arrival and departure was prompt to prevent delays to office workers.

Holy Cross Church, Binstead

Our customer required scaffolding to be erected to the exterior of the church to allow for access to the roof for repairs. Scaffold was also erected carefully to the interior to give safe access for repairs and maintenance. At the time of the install, there were very high winds. This can cause added health and safety factors. We checked forecasts before arrival and tight deadlines had to be strictly adhered to.
